Cycle jest kalendarzem dla kobiet. Na podstawie podanej długości cyklu lub kilku okresów potrafi obliczyć pozostałą liczbę dni do menstruacji, wyznaczyć dni "bezpiecznego" seksu, okres płodny, liczbę dni do owulacji oraz określić dnień narodzin dziecka. Program pozwala użytkownikowi na tworzenie notatek i pomaga nadzorować gospodarkę hormonalną regulowaną tabletkami antykoncepcyjnymi.

Funkcje programu:

• Określa, w które dni wystąpi menstruacja na podstawie długości cyklu lub statystyk wynikających z poprzednich okresów.
• Określa dni "bezpiecznego" seksu, dni płodne oraz czas owulacji.
• Wyznacza dnień narodzin dziecka.
• Pozwala na tworzenie notatek.
• Pomaga nadzorować przyjmowanie hormonalnych tabletek antykoncepcyjnych.
• Umożliwia pracę wielu użytkownikom. Dane każdego użytkownika są chronione hasłem.

OSTRZEŻENIE: Program nie jest niezawodnym środkiem antykoncepcyjnym. Nie stanowi także ochrony przed chorobami wenerycznymi, takimi jak AIDS. Jest to raczej sposób na gromadzenie danych medycznych w formie elektronicznej i ich przetwarzanie w celu wyciągnięcia wniosków na podstawie opracowanych statystyk. W żadnym wypadku ten program nie zastąpi ginekologa.

Periodic Calendar is a GUI utility which assists in women menstrual cycles tracking and fertility periods prediction. This information can be used either to became pregnant or to prevent pregnancy. The fertility prediction is based on the calendar method which is not very precise. It is not recommended to use this method alone for the birth control.
